Refund policy
International orders
-All international orders are final sale, Once the goods are dispatched, we do not accept returns.
-We are not responsible for damaged, miss-delivered, stolen, lost, or seized packages. This is non-negotiable.
-Normal estimated delivery time is 1-8 weeks.

-Consumers are responsible for paying import duties or tax and any clearance related cost.
-Kcaseroom will not be responsible for the package if stopped by customs. If your customs agency stops the package you may be able refuse payment of taxation. All returned/refused orders will be assessed a 15% handling fee. The original postage for a returned order is also deemed used and is non-refundable.
-Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us ASAP at kcaseroom8@gmail.com with your order number if you wish to cancel your order!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will pay shipping cost for damage or incorrect items.
