Shipping policy

General information

Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days, some products will start production after we receive the order, so it may take additional time to complete.

After we have packed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to update.

Normal estimated delivery time is 8-30 business days.

We may request your credit card and ID photos for fraud check.

 

Return to sender or wrong address input

Please double check your address before submitting an order! You can contact us within 24 hours of order placement if there are any issues with your address so we can get it resolved ASAP.

 

Overseas shipping

Due to irresistible force, overseas shipping has slowed down significantly. Please allow up to 1 months before contacting us about an order if you still have not received it. If your package has still not arrived or the tracking has not been updated after 3 months, you may be entitled to a refund or order replacement.
